Frequently asked questions

You can have as many Admin users or Campaign Managers as you like.  There is no limit.

Yes, you can import your auction items from a CSV spreadsheet.  We will provide you with a template and you simply add your auction items and import.  Images must be added separately.

Yes, you can copy auction items within the same campaign or into a new campaign.  This saves a great deal of time when you have items that are donated regularly.

Bidders will receive a text message when they’ve been outbid, with a quick link to bid again.  They will also receive a text message when they win.  Payment receipts are sent by email.

You can have as many account Administrators as you like, and as many campaign managers as you like.  This means that your team can all use the software at the same time, and see content in real time.

You would be quite surprised that, even your more mature supporters, are handy with their smart phones.  BidCoz is very user friendly and, if you are able to access the internet and are accustomed to shopping online, you should have no problem.  In the case where you do have a user that is struggling, we provide quick and easy ways for you to help them login, bid, and checkout.

You can invite as many people to participate as you like.  Depending on the pricing plan you choose, you can have up to 2,500 Contacts, and can order more if needed.

Contacts are people who visit your site and register to participate in one or more of your fundraising campaigns.  You can purchase additional blocks of contacts.

All features and tools are included in your BidCoz software.

When you signup you have 12 months to use the software.  You can host as many campaigns or events as you like during that time.  The only restriction is the number of Contacts (additional contacts can be purchased separately).

You will have an online Help Center that can be accessed 24/7.  This resource includes detailed instructions, training, and answers to frequently asked questions.  Additional support is included in the Up Front pricing plan or can be purchased separately

Yes, you can download all Contact and Financial Transaction data that is in the system and import it into any CRM.  If you are a Kindful customer, we offer an integration.
