Can’t find what you need in the Help Center? Submit a Support Ticket to BidCoz’s helpful Success Team and you’ll get the answers you need within minutes or hours. Support Ticket option is available in the Help Center or, throughout your software’s management area you’ll find a link to “Ask Support”.
If you and/or your team would like some extra training directly with a BidCoz Representative you can purchase and schedule Online Team Training. This training walks you through the software program and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how to use BidCoz to get the most out of your fundraising event.
